The Why and What of This Coaching

We can’t escape ourselves, no matter how hard we try. The self that I’m referring to when I talk about expansion dwells far beyond your hobbies and skillset, and that’s where the expansion has to happen, that’s how deep we have to go. Otherwise we find ourselves stuck in a life that feels constrained, and so much smaller than what we intuitively know we’re meant for.
